------------ Hey guys havnt been on here for a while.
im on this new diet plan. I eat 400 cals per day and i do moderate walking on a tred mill for 4 hours (burns 1710cals) I have figured out i burn 2110 cals per day just with the job i am in. If i wanted to lose 5 pounds (which is 17500cals) per week then i have to do just that ^^^^
Tho i am thinking going bulimic instead of my normal ana for a while. (coz the bf on close watch) Im not to sure on mia so i thought id ask some questions - when you purge, how do u know when its all up? - If you purge 10 minutes after eating do u consume any calories (the ones u have just binged on)? - and what is the best way of purging to make sure u get all the shit out of you?

wow......i guess this place has seriously changed tunes. Im tipping none of you have been on here for long. And yes i know how to purge, i have been doing it for a while. i just wanted to make sure and MAYBE get a little conversation in this bloody quite, cranky site. You know people USE to be nice on here. It use to be a retreat to the eds. some where they can go AND be themselfs with out people breating down there necks. ANd oh just incase you guys havnt realised this is a PRO ana waiting room!
